Extreme Sensitivity

Extreme sensitivity demands meticulous attention. Those who wear their soul beneath their skin notice the tone of voice, the expression in someone’s eyes, and the posture of the body that accompany their words. Those who live this way never simply skim over things; they always pass through them.

Harvest Time

September has always been associated with the grape harvest and, although some people started earlier this year because of the excessive heat we had over the summer, we found ourselves harvesting the grapes just these past few days.

This wasn’t completely new to me. My dad used to have a vineyard too, and when I was little, I absolutely loved going there to help him.
It felt like a celebration: friends and relatives would come over, and everyone would pitch in and work together. I was very young, and what I enjoyed most was simply being there with everyone, holding a kitten in my arms and climbing onto the tractor so I could be driven back and forth.
Yes, I really did see it as a game, but perhaps that was exactly how it should have been for a child.

Things didn’t feel all that different this time. Helping my love were me, his sister, two aunts, and his father.
His sister and I worked together, which gave us the chance to actually talk face-to-face for once, considering that we usually send each other voice messages that are at least half an hour long, telling each other absolutely everything.
It makes me genuinely happy to realize just how much we have in common. We have a very similar outlook on life, and I think that naturally makes it easier to grow close. I feel like I’ve found a friend in her — and, I’d even say, a real sister. We make plans together, and we both genuinely look forward to seeing each other and spending time together.

Lì, accanto a me

e in pace.

Apro gli occhi
e lo vedo lì:
il volto stropicciato dal sonno,
e quell’espressione rilassata,
indifesa e distesa,
di chi è immerso nella quiete.

Da lontani,
mi augurava sempre
di svegliarmi col sorriso:
ma è ora,
adesso che gli sono vicino,
che sorrido al risveglio.

Energie della Settimana

Buongiorno a tutti✨

Buona settimana.

Meaningful presences

There are presences that need no words, for they remain there—steady and clear—like a light that knows the way.
May this day bring you genuine encounters, clear thoughts, and the peace that comes from what truly matters.

And I write again

September has arrived, and I’m starting to write my blog again.

It took me a while to get back to it, because this summer was quite intense to live through.. bittersweet is probably how I would define it.

On the one hand, I started a relationship that quickly turned into living together, uprooting me from my surroundings and my usual habits, while at the same time requiring a lot of introspection and adaptability. On the other hand, I wasn’t completely at peace as I faced all these changes, because of my father’s health.

2025 had ended with a shadow hanging over us: Dad wasn’t well and had to go through a rather difficult course of treatment.

Until around mid-June, we had remained fairly calm. His first round of treatment had come to an end and everything seemed to be going well: we were hopeful, and the possibility of him making a full recovery felt real and concrete.
But then things started to get worse, and when they changed his treatment, everything deteriorated very quickly.

Buongiorno a tutti 🙂

Exhaustion

The exhaustion we feel doesn’t come so much from the work we’ve accumulated, but from a daily life filled with routine and emptiness.

What tires us most is not working too much.
What tires us most is living too little.

What truly exhausts us is living without dreams.

—

La stanchezza che proviamo non è
tanto del lavoro accumulato,
quanto di una quotidianità fatta
di routine e di vuoto.

Ciò che più stanca non è lavorare
troppo.
Ciò che più stanca è vivere poco.

Ciò che veramente stanca è vivere
senza sogni.

Finding home

It’s been just over two weeks since I moved into my new home.

In what feels like the blink of an eye, so many things have changed, and day by day I’m learning how to keep up with this new pace. It isn’t always easy, but there’s something deeply exciting about watching a new everyday life slowly take shape.

Since the beginning of June, I’ve been traveling back and forth between Veneto and Friuli, somehow juggling appointments, deadlines, and long drives with an ease I never expected. I’ve had to rethink my routines and find a new balance—one that would allow me to be fully present for every work commitment while also spending as much time as possible with my partner.

By scheduling all my in-person consultations into just one or two days each month, I’ve found a way to keep supporting the people who have chosen to trust me, while also allowing myself to fully embrace this major life change.

So I packed everything I needed into a suitcase, bought a one-way ticket, and set off for one of the greenest corners of Italy.
And here, day by day, a new chapter of my life is beginning.
